Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Eraxle uses minimal browser storage on this site: one local flag to remember the cookie notice, and — only after you accept that notice — Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how visitors use the site (see below). We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking.
What we currently use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ck | Local storage (not a cookie) | Remembers that you've dismissed the cookie notice, so it doesn't reappear on every visit. | Until you clear browser data |
_clck, _clsk, CLID and related | Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) | Session recording and click/scroll heatmaps, so we can see how visitors actually use the site and fix confusing pages. Only loads after you click "Got it" on the cookie notice. | Up to 1 year |
The ck flag stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.
Microsoft Clarity (analytics & session recording)
Clarity records anonymised sessions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page navigation) and generates heatmaps. Text you type into form fields is masked by default and not captured in recordings. Clarity is provided by Microsoft — see Microsoft's privacy statement and clarity.microsoft.com for details on what it collects. It only loads on this site after you've accepted the cookie notice below.
Third-party tools
If you submit the contact form, it's relayed through Formspree, which may set its own cookies as part of processing the submission — see Formspree's privacy policy. If we book a call via Calendly, that page is subject to Calendly's own cookie practices, not this site's.
Managing storage
You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Since we don't rely on cookies for core functionality (other than remembering the notice was dismissed), clearing them won't break the site.
