Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the eraxle.com website. They do not cover the scope, deliverables, pricing or legal terms of any software development, consulting or staff-augmentation engagement — those are set out separately in a signed proposal, statement of work or master service agreement between Eraxle and the client.

You may browse this site and use the contact form to enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit the contact form with false or malicious content.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of this website are owned by Eraxle unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to deliverables created for clients under a separate agreement, where IP terms are defined in that agreement.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eraxle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to services delivered under a separate signed agreement, which are governed by the liability terms in that agreement.

This site links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Formspree, or scheduling tools). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
