Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This policy explains what information Eraxle ("we", "us") collects through eraxle.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only — not any separate systems we build or deliver for clients, which are governed by the relevant project agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly:
- Contact/enquiry form — name, work email, organisation (optional), area of interest, and your project message.
- Direct contact — anything you send us via email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking. We do use Microsoft Clarity, a session-recording and heatmap tool, to see how visitors navigate and use the site — this only runs after you accept the cookie notice, and it masks anything you type into form fields by default. We also use a local-storage flag that remembers you've dismissed the cookie notice; it identifies your browser, not you personally, and is never sent to our own servers. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To keep a record of our conversation for our own reference.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our inbox. Site usage analytics and session recording are provided by Microsoft Clarity, which only activates after you accept our cookie notice — see Microsoft's privacy statement. If you book a call through a scheduling tool such as Calendly, that provider processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider's policy if you'd like details on how they handle data in transit.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eraxle.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Eraxle is registered to do business.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
